We strictly follow no refund/return policy for every items sold and we also assure our customers receive the exact same product as listed in our website.
For every orders we receive, we ensure to communicate with the customers and share the pictures/video of the product packing. For any missing items to claim, unboxing video is must.
Damage in transit/Lost in transit are not covered. However, we ensure safe packaging of the items.
We understand that circumstances can change, and sometimes, orders may need to be canceled or refunded.
Refunds are granted solely for orders that remain unprocessed and unshipped. If your order falls into this category, you are eligible for a full refund of your money. It’s important to emphasize that once an order has been processed or dispatched, the refund policy no longer applies. This policy helps us maintain an efficient operation and serve our customers better.
Please reach out to our customer service for order cancellation/refund. The refund amount will be credited back to the mode of payment chosen by the customer at the time of placing order.
Refund of amount would take 5-7 Working days to show up in your account. Before reaching out to us, ensure to check the bank/card statement for the amount credited.

Once the products are shipped, we do not accept returns. However, we understand in rare of the rarest cases, we may flex our policies after a thorough study. In such cases, both shipping forward and shipping return cost have to be borne by the customer.
